No Shows

A no show is someone who makes an appointment with a realtor for any reason but most particularly a viewing and doesn't show. Doesn't even call to cancel. People like that should be made to sit in a pile of horse shit because even when the realtor gets a call to cancel the visit (always last minute) that's what the excuse usually sounds like. I believe each regional Real Estate Board should have a database with all the names of the no shows provided by each realtor then we can see if there is a continuous pattern. Of course I know its not all no shows that do it on purpose or are inconsiderate of others. And no shows are not just inconsiderate knobs to the realtor, the vendor selling his house is not impressed either. Having just spent an hour or so cleaning house and getting ready for the visit. In some regions the vendor is made to leave the premises while the visits take place so they are waiting in their car in minus 20C weather or plus 35C heat while the buyer looks around. The vendor is happy for the inconvenience if he believes there may be a possible sale. However, the vendor gets nasty when he finds out there was a no show. So don't be a knob and have a little consideration for the realtor and the vendor. You'll get better service that way. Same thing goes for Realtor no shows. Spam them.
