Do real estate agents talk to each other while negotiating your offer?

Yup! You betcha. The name of the game is get the deal done. The way we see it if you are interested enough to write an offer on a particular property then most likely....you like it. (I know, I know...it depends on the price.)

Some agents are tight lipped and never say boo. They feel that they must not converse with the collaboratng agent and consequently, alot of the times the deal falls through.

An offer can be negotiated while keeping the buyers or vendors private statements to their agents, private. However, communication and keeping things going is what counts.

Also, innovation is important. If, as a realtor, your negotiating plans fall through then as an agent you should have a plan B. But, if you are worth your salt as a realtor then plan A should have worked in the first place.
